Your beliefs may shape how you see the world, but do they determine your soul's connection to the spiritual world?

A journey of understanding faith and the spiritual world.

We all live in the human world, but I believe our existence is closely connected to a spiritual world that many people may not fully understand.

Throughout history, people have developed different religions, beliefs, and spiritual traditions. Some believe in one God, others believe in many gods, while some seek guidance and protection through their ancestors or other spiritual beings.

There are also those who do not believe in God at all.

Some rely primarily on science to understand the world. Others may have once followed a religion but gradually lost faith because they disagreed with certain teachings or had experiences that caused them to question what they had been taught.

I understand that everyone has their own reasons for what they believe, and I respect that. I am not here to tell anyone which religion to follow or whether they should believe in God.

But I would like you to consider something.

When someone loses faith in a religion, does that necessarily mean the spiritual world does not exist?

A religion represents a particular understanding of spiritual existence, but does that understanding necessarily represent everything that may exist beyond the human world?

This is where I would like to introduce another perspective.

Different Beliefs, One Spiritual Question

When people speak about God, they often think of the God they were raised to believe in.

Yet across different cultures and spiritual traditions, the meaning of God can vary considerably.

In my understanding, the spiritual world is vast and consists of many different levels. The beings that people recognize as gods may belong to different levels of that world, each with their own abilities, responsibilities, and connections to human beings.

Being recognized as a god does not necessarily mean that a spiritual being controls the entire spiritual world. Just as our human world has different positions and responsibilities, I believe the spiritual world has its own order.

This is why I do not automatically assume that everyone is referring to the same spiritual being when they use the word God.

Some people may have connections to spiritual beings they recognize as gods, while others may follow ancestral traditions or different forms of spiritual guidance.

The important point is that our individual understanding of God may not represent the full extent of the spiritual world.

And this brings us to a question that I believe deserves even greater consideration.

Your Body May Not Believe in God, but What About Your Soul?

As human beings, we have a physical body. But within that body, I believe we also have a soul and spirit.

Our physical body belongs to the human world. Through it, we experience life, gain knowledge, form opinions, and develop our beliefs. But our soul and spirit, in my understanding, are spiritual in nature and already connected to the spiritual world.

If our soul and spirit are spiritual, and the beings we recognize as gods are also spiritual, how can we be certain that our soul has no connection to that world simply because our physical mind does not believe in it?

Consider someone who has spent their entire life rejecting the existence of God. Perhaps they have never experienced anything that convinced them otherwise, or perhaps their understanding of life is based entirely on what can be scientifically explained.

That is their perspective during their human lifetime.

But if the soul continues to exist after physical death, as I believe it does, would it necessarily carry the same understanding it had while living within the human body?

Or might it encounter a spiritual reality that the human mind never recognized?

I believe this distinction is important because our personal beliefs do not necessarily determine whether a spiritual connection exists.

In my teachings, the relationship between the soul and the spiritual world does not begin when someone joins a religion, nor does it automatically disappear when they stop believing.

The soul and spirit are already part of a much greater spiritual existence.

Preparing the Soul Through Virtue, Merit, and Blessings

We spend much of our lives preparing for our future in the human world. We work, save money, build homes, care for our families, and make plans for the years ahead.

But how often do we give the same consideration to the future of our soul?

In my understanding, when our physical life ends, the soul continues its journey in the spiritual world. Its development, the consequences of its actions, and the spiritual connections established during life can influence what happens next, including the possibility of reincarnation.

This is why I believe virtue, merit, and spiritual blessings deserve our attention while we are alive.

Virtue is reflected in our character, intentions, and the way we treat others. Merit develops through our good actions, the positive contributions we make, and the responsibilities we fulfill throughout our lives.

Together, they help create a spiritual foundation that may allow us to receive blessings and guidance.

These blessings are not limited to good fortune, prosperity, or protection from difficulties. I believe they can also help the soul establish positive connections with the spiritual world and create opportunities for a more favorable reincarnation.

But receiving blessings is not simply a matter of asking for them.

When you pray, I believe your prayer should come from genuine faith and sincerity. Repeating words without meaning or belief behind them is not the same as truly seeking a spiritual connection.

An empty prayer, spoken without faith, has little foundation upon which a blessing can be received. But faith alone is not enough either. It must be supported by the virtue and merit we develop through our actions.

Consider someone who prays every day but continually mistreats others or refuses to take responsibility for their behavior. Can prayer alone make up for the harm they have caused?

I do not believe so.

Likewise, following a religion does not automatically make someone more virtuous than a person who does not follow one. Someone without a particular religious belief may still live with honesty, compassion, generosity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The value of our prayers is connected not only to our faith, but also to the way we live.

For those who already have a God or spiritual tradition they follow, I encourage them to continue seeking guidance through that connection while developing their virtue and merit.

For those who remain uncertain about religion or spiritual existence, I believe there is nothing wrong with taking time to explore those questions. If they feel comfortable doing so, they may seek blessings or guidance from Heaven or the spiritual world without first committing to a particular religion.

The important thing is that spiritual development should not be separated from our everyday actions.

What About Those Who Do Not Know What to Believe?

Different spiritual paths lead to different beliefs.

Not everyone has a clear understanding of God or the spiritual world.

Some people are deeply committed to their religion. Others have a personal spiritual connection that does not belong to any organized religious system.

And there are those who find themselves somewhere in between.

They may believe that something exists beyond the physical world, but they do not know what it is. They may feel uncertain about religion or have questions that have never been answered to their satisfaction.

I think it is natural for people to question what they do not understand.

I do not believe a person should feel pressured to choose a religion simply because someone tells them they must.

If you already have a God you believe in, there is nothing in my teaching that requires you to abandon that connection. You can continue following your faith and the guidance you believe is right for you.

If your spiritual connection comes through your ancestors or another spiritual tradition, that is also something you may continue to honor.

And if you are someone who remains uncertain, perhaps you can simply remain open to the possibility that there is more to existence than what we currently understand.

You do not have to begin with an answer.

You can begin with a question.

For those who feel comfortable seeking spiritual guidance, I believe it is possible to ask

Heaven or the spiritual world for blessings, wisdom, and direction without first identifying with a particular religion.

But whatever spiritual path a person follows, I believe developing virtue and merit remains important.

Our actions, intentions, and responsibilities are things we can reflect upon regardless of our religious beliefs.

A Final Thought

Different beliefs, different journeys through the spiritual world.

Throughout my years of studying and working with the spiritual world, I have learned that human understanding is often limited by what we experience during our lifetime.

We naturally form opinions based on what we know, what we have been taught, and the experiences that shape our lives. Over time, those opinions can become so familiar that we stop considering anything beyond them. Yet there is a difference between not understanding something and knowing with certainty that it does not exist.

I have also come to understand that some of the most important questions in life do not always have answers that we can easily recognize. Sometimes, it takes an unfamiliar perspective to make us reconsider something we thought we already understood. That does not mean we must abandon our knowledge or beliefs, but rather recognize that there may always be more for us to learn.

I share these teachings because I believe there is value in looking beyond what we already know. You do not have to agree with my perspective, and I do not expect everyone to reach the same conclusions. My hope is simply that these thoughts may encourage you to see something familiar in a way you have never considered before.

After all, we spend so much of our lives trying to understand the world around us, but how much time do we spend trying to understand the part of ourselves that may continue when this life is over?
